Lemon Cane

Our now infamous Lemon Peel (Ohio Lemon G x I95) makes, in our opinion, the absolute dankest Skunky lemon candy hybrids on the planet. But she makes you work for it when selecting. This hybrid takes a little bit of hunting to find the supreme resin from the Dosidos paired with the precise dank lemon aroma from the Lemon Peel. Some of the long flowering times and “pine Christmas wreath” aromas of the Lemon G grandmother pop up in the population and are generally not the keeper phenotypes. A special selection must be made to find the faster flowering, dense resin, and well-structured plants from the Dosidos parent, but carry just the dank Lemon component of the terpene profile of the original Lemon G. With a little bit of work and even an F2 population to explore the selections even further, significant improvements can be made. A focus on concentrating the smell and flavor of the Lemon Peel mom paired with the improved resin quality and structure provided by the dosidos can yield the perfect blend. Like a candy cane of best the old school and new school have to offer twisted into a modern classic, the Lemon Cane.
