At Archive Seed Bank, customer satisfaction and seed integrity are our top priorities. Due to the sensitive nature of our products and industry regulations, please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the agricultural and perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. Please ensure that all order details (product selection, shipping address, etc.) are accurate before confirming your purchase.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an order that is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
A clear photo of the package and contents
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer one of the following:
Replacement of the affected item(s)
Store credit for a future purchase
We do not issue refunds to original payment methods.
3. Germination Disclaimer
Cannabis seed germination is illegal in many jurisdictions. Archive Seed Bank sells seeds as adult novelty and souvenir items only. We do not offer germination advice or guarantee germination outcomes. As such, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for germination issues.
4. Shipping Issues
We are not liable for delays, loss, or seizures caused by:
Postal carrier errors
Customs interventions
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
If your package is lost in transit, we may offer store credit or reshipment at our discretion, depending on tracking history and other circumstances.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipping only. Once a shipping label has been generated, cancellations are not possible.
