Shipping policy

At Archive Seed Bank, we aim to deliver your order promptly, securely, and discreetly. Please review our shipping policies below before placing an order.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 12 PM PST may be processed the next business day.

During peak times (new strain drops, promotions), processing may take slightly longer. You will be notified of any significant delays.


2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected method and destination.

Free shipping may be offered for qualifying domestic orders (e.g., over $100), subject to change during promotional periods.


3. Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure discretion and privacy. There will be no mention of Archive Seed Bank or cannabis seeds on the exterior of the package.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the carrier's system.


5. Delivery Issues & Risk of Loss

Archive Seed Bank is not liable for packages lost, delayed, or seized due to postal errors, incorrect addresses, or customs enforcement.

If your package shows as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first to initiate a claim.

If your package is lost in transit and there is no delivery confirmation, reach out to us at sales@archiveseedbank.com and we’ll evaluate potential store credit or reshipment options (case-by-case basis).


6. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally due to the complex and varying nature of international cannabis seed laws. We only ship within the United States to states where seed sales are permitted.


7. Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for replacement or refund.


8. Order Modifications

We cannot make changes to your order after it has been processed for shipping. If you need to make adjustments, contact us immediately after ordering.
