Bingo! – Zilla x Oishii

“Zilla” (Purple Indica x Skunk/Haze) x Oishii The “Zilla” is a clone I selected from the PNW Purple Indica x Flying Dutchmen Fuma Con Diablos (Skunk x Haze). Devil’s Harvest Krew founder, WeedZilla, made the hybrid using my Purple Indica clone. I popped the seeds in 2006 and found an awesome plant! A massive Skunk/Haze framed plant, covered in dark purple buds and leaves. While sporting a pure Purple Indica fragrance. Zero haze or Skunk#1 detectable in the aroma, AT ALL. Just pure deep DEEP rich purple lavender floral plum like Purple Indica terps. A stellar recreation of the enjoyable terp profile of the Purple Indica. But with better potency, on a big, easy to grow plant, and a 60-day flowering period. Bingo! Just what I was looking for. On the other end of the spectrum is my well crafted Z/OGKB/Face Off OG inbred lines that have produced hits like the renowned, Oishii! A perfect match to bring together a true fusion of modern lineage and some 20- 40 year old lines that carry no modern genetics in them. The Purple Indica clone dates to the 1980’s in the Seattle area. The Skunk/Haze circa 2001 from The Flying Dutchmen were seeds produced by the legendary Skunkman Sam, made from his parent stock and in his greenhouse. Some true classics. The Oishii is made of all modern inbred “bagseed” Cookies, OG Kush, and Zkittles lines mixed, matched, and improved by our breeding program. This fusion of old and new creates some truly unique cannabis that with a little work in the selection department, is sure to impress even the most seasoned grower that says they’ve “seen it all”. There’s quite a range of genotypes to select from in this line. Just how I like it. Everything from deep purple floral lavender graped out juicy modern flavors to classic funked out gassy gear oil with moonbow Z flares. It’s all in there. And despite the haze lineage, I didn’t have any in testing that flowered longer than 65 days. Large framed plants with lots of angular branching, they will dominate your grow room, if you let them.
